We’ve got yolk sack this crop 🙄. Just a week old yesterday
The sore joints are probably a cause of both - not as active as you once were AND because of your age 😂
You know you’re getting older when your joints hurt after playing sports lol 😂
Pickleball is fun too - kinda like tennis.
