Interest has gone down, so has the price of quota
My dad’s barn is on 4 acres. Pretty sure it’s grandfathered in too.

I’m not going to the meeting this week! We are placing birds on Thursday. My dad has a meeting as well that day. So I won’t be there! 😕
We have lines, goes into a milk tank. We pump it towards the front of the bush. Goes into totes and we truck it back to our sugar shack at Brandon’s.
We’re roughly 40-50L of sap per 1L of syrup
We do have an RO machine that we use!
It’s called a spile
My parents started with a hand crank. They also pail fed every day lol.
